So, you have a business or want to get it online and you needed it finished and online yesterday.  The time crunch is on and you are getting frazzled.  But you don't know anything about creating websites.  You figure you need a computer or engineering degree in order to program it and you think that you need to be able to design it yourself yet you can't draw a straight line.  This is where you need some outside help.

You have received some quotes from web designers, but their costs are too high.  Since you are a startup you can't really spend that much money.  But don't despair.  Their are some low cost solutions available to website newbies like yourself.

Microsoft created a website building tool called Frontpage to help people just like yourself.  While they have decided to eventually phase out the product there are a lot of web hosting companies that are still supporting it since so many people have used it to create their website.  Frontpage allows you to quickly create your website online with no programming experience necessary.  They also have supplied alot of built in designs but you are probably better off getting a design from a 3rd party website that offers Frontpage templates.  Some of these templates are free and some where you have a pay a nominal fee.

Once you have used Frontpage to create your site then you will need to find a Frontpage web hosting provider in order to display your site online.  There are plenty of low cost hosts available out there.  You will need to research online for which one is best for your needs.
